Such good service and the staff is awesome
Service is terrible I've been waiting for 25 minutes to get one smoothie. This isn't the first time I've had to wait here for over 15 minutes for 1 item. Hire competent people! And or get new blenders since that's the excuse they give you. ""The blenders went out"
I rarely leave reviews, especially negative reviews, but I was a bit frustrated this morning when I tried order through the drive-through. I waited there for almost 10 minutes and said hello 5 times. No one responded or greeted me. It was a little bit frustrating waiting for almost 10 minutes for someone to respond. Unfortunately I didn’t end up ordering anything, when I pulled around to the front of the store, I did see a worker. This is the worst establishment I have ever driven up to. They hire kids that must be 15 years old, super unprofessional. Everything takes about two hours at the window you almost think they forgot about you. Not to mention driving up to the facility, you risk driving over 50 potholes
