I recently went on a Sunday (6/20) around 1pm and ordered via the mobile app en route to the store for my wife and I. We each ordered a wrap and smoothie. Our food was ready on the pickup shelf when I got we got there (we ordered about fifteen minutes in advance). When I first got there, it appeared that there were only two people working: one preparing food and the other manning the register and also making the smoothies. I went in a little before 7:30pm on Sunday 5/17, ordered my drink. First off, the store was a mess, and even before I came in, there was smoothie that was thrown in front of the store. It was a young kid with a visor and a red Thrasher shirt on, not very welcoming, and when I asked for a receipt, he basically said oh you can grab the receipt. First time ordering curbside today from this location and did not have anyone come out to my vehicle. I was disappointed that I had to go in and get my smoothie myself. I also saw a lot of people in and out goofing off with the employees I guess they are friends but it is very unprofessional. I don't know if I will be ordering from this location ever again. If I could give no stars I would.
Place was a "hot mess", appears to be new people training, several girls fixing their hair , and on phone etc. Waited way too long , is anyone "in charge" here today ? Not the best experience today, noticed people getting wrong orders , and leaking messy drinks . Hmmm ..
