A couple of my friends and I were getting lunch here while on break during drill, in uniform. Granted I was not aware that Tropical Smoothie offered a military discount, however the two males in our group were credited with the discount while all three of us females did not. The wait time was also longer than expected and the cashier had a ear bud in and misunderstood a couple people from our group.
Great except the woman there who seems to be the manager walking around rolling her eyes, and treating employees, and customers like she’s bothered. Was gonna dine in, vibes were off, food is good though.
Jordan and Tyce went out of their way to help us. The atmosphere was great. It was very clean. Smoothies excellent.
Manager was yelling at younger employee with customers in the waiting area. Younger guy was extremely nice and patient. Good on him for having that level of patience!
