Honestly I have had some bad service in my life but this place is probably at the top of the list of worst customer service i've had. The app sent my order to the wrong location so i asked for the refund because I purchased the same order from the Mansfield location after i had found out the app send my order to the wrong location after I had selected the right one. This is my favourite fast food place to go to. I can emoji u my food without feeling guilty about eating fast food. Everything is fresh and tasty. I got the chipotle flatbread with the new apple cinnamon smoothie and it was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be returning with friend and family here.
I’ve been to many Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations but this one stands out to me for many reasons. The employees greeted me when I walked in even tho they were busy during lunch. My order placing experience was very easy as well and my order came super quick. Everything was 10/10. Would highly recommend this location!
The Patriots Place App states Tropical Smoothie Cafe does "Getaway Hour" from 7-8am and 7-8pm daily whe you order in person. We attempted to use this promotion on Saturday 8/30 at 7:30pm, but were told by staff it is Monday-Friday only and wouldn't honor the app after being shown. Staff isn't the most pleasant either.
Rude and disrespectful manager at the counter. There is another location in Foxboro that is much better managed. Recommend going there instead.
