Its a shame really, as a franchise concept, its a good one, and frankly I do want businesses to hire young workers. However this location is plagued by lack of accountability / proper managerial oversight (staff are entirely made up of teenagers, no adults are ever present here). As a household for several years now, we have tried to enjoy this convenient option, but more often then not your food will simply not make it to you unless you get pushy. Ordered a smoothie on the app, when I came in I heard the women behind the counter tell the other worker that she’s not worried about the mobile orders that they can wait. I then told her I’m here for an online order and she rudely said it’s gonna be a little bit. Luckily the other worker poured my smoothie from blender to cup and handed to me. Will order from a different Tropical Smoothie next time.
Great service took my order fast the person who took my order his names Justin very polite and nice didn’t have to wait long to get my order great service well come again.
Great vibes and even better service! I’m a regular here, and the team always makes me feel right at home. Highly recommended
