Sad to say they have really gone downhill over the last few months at least. We used to come here all the time. The last several visits have been pretty disappointing. The most common thing we’ve noticed lately is the quality of their fruit, which is a pretty big deal for a smoothie place that needs fresh fruit for so many of their items. I frequent Tropical Smoothie, we love the blueberry bliss smoothie with banana and the Nutella Acai Bowls.
Yesterday, a worker kept calling the wrong name for me to get my smoothie. After the third time of them shouting the wrong name while staring at me with an annoyed look, I replied I would grab the smoothie once my wrap was ready. The worker walked over to the GRUB HUB pickup where my wrap was mistakenly placed. I was appalled when I discovered my side (a banana) had already been opened.
