I came to visit tropical smoothie in oxon hill. The address is 6019 oxon hill road oxon hill, MD 20745. It seemed like a normal visit until I started processing my order. The cashier was not friendly. He also was not understanding of my order. I repeated my order to him which was a Santa Fe quesadilla with plant based protein. I repeated my order three times. So today Aug 12, 2025 I went how I normally do to the tropical smoothie Cafe MD044 located in oxen hill. everyone is normally so kind and nice and really makes my day except for today. Normally I try to support black business however my experience today was not good. I had a little run in with a lady named Kasia and the owner of the restaurant Joe. Smoothie is good but it’s impossible to have a favorite wrap here because they literally make it different every time and sometimes they don’t even put all the Ingredients. Ok I’m back to add to my review had to drop another star because this place is literally disgusting when you order for pick up instead of putting smoothies inside of the fridge they leave it outside on the stand so that it can melt the manager.
