I was not greeted by the employees. I stood at the register for 3 to 4 minutes without being acknowledged instead, I placed my order from my phone for a pick up order and waited for my order. Once my order was ready. I was not given the chips or the smoothie so I had to go up to the employee to ask for the items that I purchased while waiting for my order an off duty worker came in went behind the counter made two smoothies without washing her hands and left. This was the worst service I have ever had.

These people working here never have anything that you want they are away out of everything, so do use all a favor and just put what you have on the menu

I usually visit this location and the service and products are usually amazing. However, on today’s visit I walked into the store and they were severely backed up, and I understood. But I asked the 2 little girls can I speak to the manager because it was getting ridiculous, they proceed to tell me the manger wasn’t there. I asked was there anyone else I could speak to and they said no we’re the only ones here right now. These are children might I add!!!!
