The customer service needs work. The young workers have no customer service skills, you’re not greeted when entering the store, which doesn’t shore acknowledgment of customers to build relationships but the register asks you for a tip option, smh.

Rushed up to the store, only find the lights off & the store closed at 8:56pm. So pissed!
Super rude employee, I walk in there to place my order I said Hi, she looked at me with a face but that’s ok, it was 8:50 when we walked out of the place mind you I wasn’t fully out when the girl ran to close the door, 3 customers were trying to come in and they kept ignoring even tho they were knocking on the door since it said open!
