I have ordered at this location plenty of times. Normally I receive good service during the day shift. The evening shift was very careless , my food was made wrong and I almost choked on this piece of plastic that was in my sauce cup. Meal ruined! This will be my last time at this location.
This is the worst tropical smoothie cafe in the history of cafes. This place must be under new management. They are extremely unprofessional and I will never spend a dime here again. Have a bunch of kids working here playing in the food and not wanting to do their jobs. Shut this place down already.
Came and they were closed by 8:20 when they close at 9pm -.-
The customer service needs work. The young workers have no customer service skills, you’re not greeted when entering the store, which doesn’t shore acknowledgment of customers to build relationships but the register asks you for a tip option, smh.
