I'm updating my review after this morning’s visit. The staff were incredibly rude, and the cashier spoke so quietly we could barely hear him. To make matters worse, my food arrived burnt and charred. Quesadillas aren’t that difficult to get right—this was really disappointing.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Will go again and again.
Terrible customer service with rotten fruit! My order consisted of a pomegranate plunger and a kiwi quencher. It’s my theory that the strawberries are the rotten culprit but the customer service was unbearable. It’s a smoothie place, fruit can go bad quickly; It’s unfortunate but understandable. Employee Xavier and the young lady on the blenders offered terrible service and demanded we come back on Monday for a manager with zero solutions. We left our contact info, I hope to hear from management soon.
