Decent service and good smoothies.
Awful. I placed an order online and called to make sure they double blended 1 smoothie cause my dad has throat cancer. They answered with “hello?” And I asked if it was tropical smoothie and their response was “Oh yeah my bad.” And then I was in the middle of asking my request and hung up. Then I called back 4 times and no one answered.
I'm updating my review after this morning’s visit. The staff were incredibly rude, and the cashier spoke so quietly we could barely hear him. To make matters worse, my food arrived burnt and charred. Quesadillas aren’t that difficult to get right—this was really disappointing.
