Today I had a horrible experience with an employee named Hayden who says he was the manager. He was rude to me and my daughter when he made our bowels wrong. I first was told they do not offer mango on açaí bowels when we have had them before and then he charged me extra when I wanted mangos instead is blueberries. I was then told he only has frozen mangos and they were for smoothies only. When I received my bowel he forgot the bananas and honey. I am shocked this place has some decent reviews! I never write poor reviews but I go here once a week and they make my drink wrong more than 50% of the time. I have waited upwards of 45 minutes for a smoothie multiple times when there are maybe 4 other customers in the building. I order online almost an hour in advance and the smoothie isn’t even ready! Really sad, other locations are much better. Right now I’ve been waiting over half an hour for a drink
