Had the wonderful time to witness one of the employees argue back and forth with a door-dash driver about a customer who walked into the kitchen and grabbed bacon off of the serving tray with her bare hands and walked right back out. Not sure if the lady who was talking to the dasher was the manager of this location but just alone from that entire interaction there is no good customer service here lol. I ordered from the store on Wednesday at 10:22 AM. When my order came I only had a smoothie I ordered a smoothie a kale slaw southwest wrap and all I received was a smoothie I ordered today. I ordered the same thing D South West rap I always take off the egg. They sent me a wrap that was not a Southwest wrap. There was no spinach. There was no sauce that they put in the southwest wrap. That place is full a teenagers that doesn’t even welcome you. My açaí took for ever, I stand there for a while no one asked me if I was helped or needed anything. They were all on their cellphone like they were just chillin in their house.
