Worst service I have ever encountered. I had visited this location on Lake Wilson Rd and experienced the worst customer service by 2 employees that rolled their eyes for my family ordering later in the evening. I am not sure if our drinks were made poorly because the two staff were upset with us for walking in 10 minutes before close but our drinks tasted foul. I ordered the tropical dragon passion smoothie today. It was very difficult to drink as it was not properly blended and very icy and chunky. Only one of the workers welcomed me in. The rest did not know acknowledge me.
Store is clean at all times and the staff are very ftiendly.
Saw two new faces today! The receipt said Tia, and she was so friendly and welcoming. The other girl gave my child a Moana sticker, and she absolutely loved it! They both made our visit such a great experience. The smoothies were delicious, and the customer service was amazing.
