Seems like a manager needs to be here on weekends...I stood at the order area for 20 min without even an acknowledgement that I was there...3 different employees walked right by me and couldn't even say hi we'll be right with you theyjust completely ignored me. I get it's busy but
Madelynn H and Her MNG was just the Greatest i have ever encountered when being helped at a Fast Food Place i"ll Always be going back to that place
Second time coming here asked for no lettuce on my wrap and still has lettuce. When your paying 30 dollars for a meal it would be nice if they gave you what you ordered.
Great wraps and smoothies
The food here has gone downhill. I loved the Thai wrap but the last two times we went in they did not put anything on the wrap. Their was a lack of the Thai sauce, and the rest of the wrap was bland. There were a few carrots and no crispy wontons which are important to have on a Thai wrap. I did not even bother going back after the second time they did this. At other locations you get a great wrap and the delicious Thai sauce. Would not go back to the Fenton location. They need new management.
