I’m wondered why I had stopped going to this location. All it took was trying to get a togo order, that was placed at my home for the .1 of a mile distance to this location. Walked over to pick up my $15.00 dollar order only to be told they didn’t have it that their manager “doesn’t work weekends” all they had to do was make the bowl! But no they can’t do anything about it, not even a sorry to inconvenience you, sorry you have to deal with your credit card company to remove the charge! I watched her mess up three different orders in a row…and each time she got asked to fix it she got more of an attitude I ordered a bowl got a wrap…no idea how that happened I didn’t even ask her to fix it because I was out of time and quite frankly I didn’t want to deal with the attitude…
Cecilia was so sweet!! I usually hate asking for remakes from places, but I felt the confidence to ask because my drink had a lot of ice. She was so sweet and nonjudgmental, and said she could remake it for me!! The service and atmosphere is amazing, will come again! :)
Very busy. Slow service. Should have one person making smoothies and others making food.
They were pretty slow. It took forever. They didn't know how to take a TSC gift card. They held mine sitting until other orders were ready for the oven and then mixed them up giving me the wrong order.
