The food here has gone downhill. I loved the Thai wrap but the last two times we went in they did not put anything on the wrap. Their was a lack of the Thai sauce, and the rest of the wrap was bland. There were a few carrots and no crispy wontons which are important to have on a Thai wrap. I did not even bother going back after the second time they did this. At other locations you get a great wrap and the delicious Thai sauce. Would not go back to the Fenton location. They need new management.
I had such a wonderful experience at the Fenton Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I wanted to recognize three exceptional employees: Cecelia, Chloe, and Lacey. I accidentally left my purse behind, and instead of ignoring it, they made sure it was kept safe until I returned. Everything was exactly as I had left it. I love TS. Delicious and healthy place to eat instead of the other crap fast food places.
I’m wondered why I had stopped going to this location. All it took was trying to get a togo order, that was placed at my home for the .1 of a mile distance to this location. Walked over to pick up my $15.00 dollar order only to be told they didn’t have it that their manager “doesn’t work weekends” all they had to do was make the bowl! But no they can’t do anything about it, not even a sorry to inconvenience you, sorry you have to deal with your credit card company to remove the charge! I watched her mess up three different orders in a row…and each time she got asked to fix it she got more of an attitude I ordered a bowl got a wrap…no idea how that happened I didn’t even ask her to fix it because I was out of time and quite frankly I didn’t want to deal with the attitude…
