I just placed an order, and this feedback is regarding whoever was just working at the front counter. I visit this Tropical Smoothie location regularly and have always had good experiences, but today was very different. The employee was extremely rude throughout the interaction. She was the young lady wear braids. She appeared to be wearing headphones and talking on the phone while taking my order, which came across as unprofessional and inattentive.
