I accidentally placed an order at this location. I called them 30+ times to get the order switched to my home location. They never answered. Not once.
On Thursday, I went in to get a smoothie and it tasted like water. There was no flavor to it at all.
I love tropical smoothie but specifically this location made my smoothie twice and it tasted horrible. I told the employee if he was able to replace it because it tasted like pure ginger nothing else and eventually he did after making me feel like I was wrong and it didn’t taste bad… and the second one I got tasted like pure water. I’m disappointed in this location I’m sure it was the employee who made it fault but I always buy the smoothie and never has it tasted bad. They are not that cheap to just throw them away.
