I love tropical smoothie but specifically this location made my smoothie twice and it tasted horrible. I told the employee if he was able to replace it because it tasted like pure ginger nothing else and eventually he did after making me feel like I was wrong and it didn’t taste bad… and the second one I got tasted like pure water. I’m disappointed in this location I’m sure it was the employee who made it fault but I always buy the smoothie and never has it tasted bad. They are not that cheap to just throw them away.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe is one of my favorite spots not just for the delicious smoothies and fresh food, but for the great team running the show. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Great spot! Highly recommend!
Love the team here. My ENTIRE order is always delicious unlike some of the other locations.
