This location is unreal! The customer service is impeccable they call you by name they greet you always with a smile and they always make my drink correctly. There is a guy named ap or an he is fantastic, funny, great ,I can't say enough about him. He should be running that store it is because of him that I go out of my way to drive to this location instead of the horrible service I received in Hamilton by my house. I am dedicated to great customer service and I will always come here .
Hamilton is the worst location I was spending 5 to 600 dollars a month on smoothies and food. I was trying to support them when they first opened and was so happy to have them near me. Every time the customer service sucked. Definitely does not train their staff. I went in everyday and just my opinion but should have at least know. Me by name.
