I am writing to express my disappointment with an order I placed at your location. I ordered two Southwest Wraps and a Cali Breakfast Flatbread, but the quality of the food was significantly below standard. Specifically: Southwest Wraps: One wrap was completely missing the chicken and was overwhelmed by an excessive amount of sauce. Both wraps contained negligible portions of vegetables, featuring only a sliver of tomato and almost no spinach.
