The food is always freshly prepared. Definitely the best smoothie+hot meal restaurant in the area.
I’m really disappointed with my experience at Tropical Café today. The server handling the drinks, Harsh, was extremely rude. We clearly requested less ice, but the drink came with even more. When we politely asked for an extra cup, the response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. This happened on Monday around 3:30 PM, and it genuinely felt like customer service was not a priority.
