Every year I look forward to coming here for the free smoothie on my birthday. This year I came up to the register, showed them my ID to prove it’s my birthday, and was told I need to have their app for the free smoothie - no problem, stepped out of line and went to download the app. Got it all set up, enabled notifications, put in my birthday, etc. Then went to checkout to scan the code and was told I need to have the app for “longer time” ok then why did I just step out of line and do all this? Edit: PICTURES ADDED. THE FOOD WAS TRASH. NOT A LICK OF CHEESE ON MY QUESADILLA. SMOOTHIE WAS GRITTY. SO NOW IM EVEN MORE UPSET. So, it is an ongoing issue that the staff is choosing not to bring out curbside based on these reviews. I purchased two days in a row, requesting curbside. First day (just as other reviews say) I ended up coming inside and my drink was just sitting there.
