Standard experience, nothing special and it is a toss up for attentive-ness. I've had a few times where I came in and waited 20 minutes for something I saw sitting on the table. I've had other times where I came in and was able to pick up right away. I have not yet had them mess up my order but I usually just order things how they come so in that aspect there's not much room for mistake. Delicious food and great staff. They have a wonderful variety of drinks. My favorite part is you can customize your drink. 10/10
We placed a pick up order. We waited for 25 minutes at the pick up counter/mobile order counter after someone, he left then we stepped up, and nobody spoke to us or anything for the entire 25 minutes. Then someone asked us the name for the order, low and behold our order was done THE ENTIRE TIME.
Had to stop recommending this place to my clients as a place to eat nearby. The food is fine, I actually like the smoothies despite being way overpriced. But the staff and the attention to customers is just absolutely non-existent. Walk in and guess of you've turned invisible or not as not one person looks up, greets you, asks what prder youre waiting for if you're in the pickup line, good luck being acknowledged in the order line.
