Lazy workers.
I walked in around 730 and was refused service because they were short staffed. The kind girl told me they were only doing online orders. I’m not downloading an app so I can order one smoothie. I wouldn’t have minded a longer wait due to staffing issues, life happens, but to flat out refuse service is bonkers.
I’ll never come here and do business with this trops ever again after seeing how you guys made my disabled client feel. 6 employees on shift but only 2 actually working. Multiple employees hiding in the back with one only coming out to give his girlfriend free food. Check the cameras fr 8/10/2025 6:13pm.
