I have worked at 3 tropical smoothies and I often order off the retired menu and when I came in today and ordered a cranberry truffle and another kids modified smoothie I was completely disappointed with how terrible both smoothies tasted. There are recipes writen infront of you for a reason so every smoothies tastes the same and my smoothie tasted so watered down and made me nauseous to the point I had to throw it away. I think that this is completely unexceptable.
Standard experience, nothing special and it is a toss up for attentive-ness. I've had a few times where I came in and waited 20 minutes for something I saw sitting on the table. I've had other times where I came in and was able to pick up right away. I have not yet had them mess up my order but I usually just order things how they come so in that aspect there's not much room for mistake. Delicious food and great staff. They have a wonderful variety of drinks. My favorite part is you can customize your drink. 10/10
We placed a pick up order. We waited for 25 minutes at the pick up counter/mobile order counter after someone, he left then we stepped up, and nobody spoke to us or anything for the entire 25 minutes. Then someone asked us the name for the order, low and behold our order was done THE ENTIRE TIME.
