It is an excellent place to buy favorite food and drink, they have a very good staff in customer service.
out of the last 5 smoothies I have ordered from here in the last week, 4 of them have been TRASH. different flavor, all watered down. I will not be going here anymore
I was not greeted when I walked in nor asked if I wanted to order despite the cashier looking directly at me. I waited long enough to order and customize my food through the app before this exceptionally rude Hispanic (only for identification purposes) woman asked the young white woman if she wanted to order as soon as she walked in. I am a daily smoothie guy here. I go to this specific tropical smoothie on purpose. I have a trop next to my house (Burke), and then one right next to my office (Chantilly across fast food central), but I make sure to stop at this top of Braddock road location every week day on my way to the office. The staff from management and down have the best customer service. It’s almost like family with how they treat their customers. They are accommodating with drink customizations.
