I was not greeted when I walked in nor asked if I wanted to order despite the cashier looking directly at me. I am a daily smoothie guy here. I go to this specific tropical smoothie on purpose. I have a trop next to my house (Burke), and then one right next to my office (Chantilly across fast food central), but I make sure to stop at this top of Braddock road location every week day on my way to the office. The staff from management and down have the best customer service. It’s almost like family with how they treat their customers. They are accommodating with drink customizations. I went to the tropical on Braddock rd last eeek and the smoothie and food were delicious, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a smiling face! I felt welcome coming to this particular store!
