The customer service was terrible; the staff were very slow. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:12 pm, but it wasn't delivered until 12:45 pm. I asked about my order, and they just ignored me!!!! El servicio al cliente fue pésimo; el personal era muy lento. Mi pedido debía estar listo a las 12:12 pm, pero no llegó hasta las 12:45 pm. Asked for NO lettuce specifically in the Thai chicken wrap, had family member pick it up and come to find out they gave me lettuce anyways and it was VERY poorly packed, stuff spilling out of the wrap everywhere. Clearly this place is poorly run by staff who could care less about food preparation and handling. Avoid.
