I picked up a large order in Evans on Thursday 5/28/26 for 15 people, half smoothies and half açai bowls. The box that I was carrying it in as soon as I walked out of the store, completely collapsed, and all of the smoothies were destroyed. Cadence took charge immediately and started remaking all of them and the team chipped in so I didn’t have to wait very long!! I usually like this tropical location but it makes no sense how i paid extra for popping pearls and they didn’t put that in my drink. I also put down i did not want banana and yet they put it in there anyway. It was not busy when i went in and only 3 orders were on the screen after mine. Pay attention to the ticket 🥲
I stopped by Tropical Smoothie in Evans, Georgia today and had an absolutely phenomenal experience thanks to Damaya. Her customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu.
