I usually like this tropical location but it makes no sense how i paid extra for popping pearls and they didn’t put that in my drink. I also put down i did not want banana and yet they put it in there anyway. It was not busy when i went in and only 3 orders were on the screen after mine. Pay attention to the ticket 🥲
I stopped by Tropical Smoothie in Evans, Georgia today and had an absolutely phenomenal experience thanks to Damaya. Her customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. So I have been a few times in the last few weeks and least to say is I am extremely irritated. I used to go all the time when they first opened and it was wonderful and affordable but recently they have gone so far down hill. I normally get a sunrise sunset with xtra ice and the last few times they have done the complete opposite of what I asked and basically gave me really cold orange juice and this time I found a piece of styrofoam from another cup in my smoothie. I order the same thing all the time it took them 30 minutes to make and it wasn't what I ordered, will never come to this one again.... I will continue to just go to the grovetown one.... this is ridiculous... waist of my money cause I can't even enjoy my smoothie
