Called to explain my child placed order at wrong store when she arrived at other store to pick it up. Girl that answered phone had another girl by her being rude in back ground. Asked for manager and they hung up on me. I called back and was sent to voicemail.
The girls in the front are extremely rude, and have absolutely zero customer service skills. Between giving nasty glares and being annoyed at the fact that they have to take a customers order… maybe find a different job… food was alright but the customer service is lacking.
Customer service was poor. When I entered the Cafe, there was no acknowledgement or even "ill be with you in one moment." My smoothie was more like water. Ill try stopping by again, maybe I came in the wrong time.
I love a pomegranate plunge from here flavor is always consistent. Arianna always makes me feel like family it’s been a few weeks since I seen her and she remembered my name :). very Good staff
