The girl behind the counter was angry about something. I don't know what her problem was, but that's no reason to be so rude to customers.
Tried to call and cancel my order and couldn’t get through because “the voicemail box has not been set up yet.” Incredibly frustrating that there is no way to get in touch with this location. I’ve now wasted money AND time.
Terrible customer service. Asian lady that looks like she’s pregnant is always miserable. His bless her poor soul. She needs to be retrained on customer services skills she doesn’t have any! I spent over $1500 at this store within a year! Will not be returning. Doesn’t value customers. The manager Todd though is awesome and needs his own store to run!
