Extremely bad. Got food poisoning on 03/4/26 from the pace. Horrible customer service. They have not being washing the blenders properly. The staff need retraining. Department of heath should definitely go there since the customers are getting sick. Location on Avenue D in Brooklyn
If you value your health or well-being, please don't eat there. Today I ordered the almond banana smoothie and the chicken Chipotle sandwich, which by the way was excessively salty. Right after i finish eating. My stomach start hurting. The pain was unbearable. Subsequently, came dehydration, nausea, vomiting, fever and diarrhea. It has been more than 10 hours and have not gotten better. Please stay away from this nasty place. I wish I could just give it 0 star.
It would be best to staple the drinks in a paper bag or secure them with tape for DoorDash and Uber delivery. Please consider this.
I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent visit. I purchased my usual Island Green smoothie, and unfortunately, it did not taste as expected. It seemed as though key ingredients were missing, and it primarily tasted like blended kale. It was very disappointing. Additionally, this is not my first concern. During multiple visits, I have experienced long wait times before receiving my order. I understand that stores can get busy, but the delays have been consistent.
The vibes was amazing but my only complaint is I ask for no chicken in my quesadillas, and there is. I was disappointed. Smoothies was amazing highly recommend.
