Heads up!! The product comes frozen so don't plan on eating it for an hour. It popped right out of the plastic.
I got two bowls and the pineapple in one of my bowls was no longer in a good condition, the place was clean but not the best service from the employees
The customer service here sucks. We placed an order for delivery on their website and we were missing 3 items. One of the bowls were missing ingredients as well. I called and they said I would need to contact Doordash, since they picked up the order. I contacted Doordash and since the order was placed on Tropical Smoothie's website, they have our payment information, so there was nothing they could do. Went in there on a spur of the moment about it sounded good super glad I did got me in the family some smoothies they all enjoyed it quite well the employees especially my server Erica were super friendly very impatient with me because I've never been into a smoothie shop before
