my smoothie was not blended. There were multiple ice chunks and fruit left, and my flatbread was burnt. Tropical smoothie is good, just not this location.
Went in to order two smoothie bowls (4/14) and they would not make it stating the “food side” was closed and that we could only order smoothies. Do they not close at 9? This same employee has appeared annoyed on another occasion when visiting this location. Poor customer service here
I came in there to ordered my food, which was a chicken cake soap, jalapeño corn and a Bahama mama bowl. I got my chicken pesto and corn 20 minutes before I got my Bahama mama that I actually never got because it was given away to a customer that came in after me, I then proceeded to get my refund and didn’t want any of them get it together.
I always have a great experience at this Tropical Smoothie location! The customer service is consistently good and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Lisa is amazing and always helps me with my Tropical Smoothie app whenever I have questions. Anthony is also very nice and welcoming, and the tall guy with the long hair is always friendly too. It’s great to see employees who really care about the customers. Definitely one of my favorite places to stop!
