The food is really good (especially the smoothies), and the workers have been very kind.
I’m honestly beyond frustrated. I ordered an açaí bowl from Tropical Smoothie on my 30-minute lunch break, and it was completely frozen solid. Not chilled. Not thick. Rock hard. How is that even allowed to be served to a customer? I didn’t have time to wait around for it to thaw or go back and get it remade, so now I basically don’t get to eat lunch. Well, I think I'm done with tropical smoothie now after I walked in to one of your employees putting her teeth back in in the sink that you use to make our drinks how Disgusting is that?! And then she didn't even wash her hands after she put her teeth back in. She went back to doing smoothies of course she had her back towards me so I couldn't get her name, but she's working today.
