Waited a hour for a pick up order others waited longer for walk up orders. It's not the staffs fault, they are great. Whomever it is who puts two people to work a lunch rush is the problem. Aviod if you can during lunch unless you order WAY ahead of time

She prepares my favorite smoothie with remarkable care and attention, always brightening my day with her warm smile. Her dedication and positive attitude deserve special recognition, as she consistently goes above and beyond to create a memorable experience for every customer.
There has not been a time that I have been dissatisfied with tropical smoothie cafe. It is always pretty busy here during lunch but they still get it out in a decent amount of time considering. I also order ahead of time on the app.
