Every time I visit, Simone delivers outstanding customer service that truly sets her apart. She prepares my favorite smoothie with remarkable care and attention, always brightening my day with her warm smile. Her dedication and positive attitude deserve special recognition, as she consistently goes above and beyond to create a memorable experience for every customer.
There has not been a time that I have been dissatisfied with tropical smoothie cafe. It is always pretty busy here during lunch but they still get it out in a decent amount of time considering. I also order ahead of time on the app.
ordered a acai berry boost and the chipotle chicken club, everything was hot and fresh. the worker i think her name was ava or ariana? can’t remember her name.. was so sweet and helpful. i’m glad i tried this location for lunch
