My only complaint is how slow it is to get my order. I placed a pickup order two hours before. I had to wait almost 20 minutes. Seems like orders could be filled a lot faster than this.
The wait time is insane. Every single time I order without fail, it takes up to 35 minutes in store and atleast 15 in drive thru!!! Food is great but service is poor. No sense in having to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru when you only ordered ONE smoothie
They never disappoint and everything is always fresh and tasty!
