I have been going to tropical smoothie for years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered three things and it wasn’t until I was waiting 30 minutes for my food that was still not even starting to be made that I realize that the lady didn’t even ring in my order correctly. I waited about 25 minutes for my food only for it to be the wrong order. I went inside and told them and showed the receipt and asked if I could keep the flatbread they gave me and got yelled at by the older African American gentleman. He got upset at me for something they messed up. I was only asking to keep what they wrongly gave me because I knew it would get thrown away and I’m against needless food waste, there was no reason for him to raise his voice at me. Was a regular customer but now I won’t be going again.
Long time customer and will not return! I tried to call the store manager and the store hung up on me every time. Both times that I ever went into the location, after placing order in the app instead of the drive-thru was the most uncomfortable and bad feeling. The employee Cam, was zero help and rude, the manager during the day did not care to help. When they have are overwhelmed they take it out on the customers inside. Terrible experience!
The food is fantastic! But waiting your entire 1 hour lunch break for your food is insane! Central Location please be and do better!
