I’m a little annoyed because, I go to this location all the time. I went in today at 8:30 this morning and I stood in front for 5 to 10 minutes & No one ever came to greet me. I looked on the screen, There were no orders , there was no one else in line so it wasn’t busy. I could hear some one, so I said hello and no one came up front, so I just walked out.
I visit 2-3 a week. The week of 9/15-9/19 has been absolutely terrible service. My smoothies were icey and chimney, they an out of blueberries and the two young kids working did not have any training on understanding how to handle a basic customer concern. I went back two days later and waited for 15 minutes for my mobile order which should have been done much earlier. I hope you can fix the staffing and training issues at his Thompson Peak location.
Found a small piece of plastic in my smoothie!! Not cool
9/17/25 - Just ordered a smoothie and breakfast wrap. Drinking the smoothie on the way home I noticed something strange in my mouth, spit it out and it appeared to be a piece of plastic!! I went straight back and they apoligized & offered to make me a new smoothie. I seriously dont know why I keep going back after the not good experiences I have had there, mostly with the horrible portion sizes of the food.
