I grab smoothies from Tropical Smoothie at least once or twice a week and typically have positive experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I visited this location on May 31, and it was easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a Tropical Smoothie. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. Instead, the two employees behind the counter continued their personal conversation as though I wasn't even there. Excellent service
Service was very good. Establishment is very well managed.
You can get a big variety of smoothies here. They're made fresh at time of ordering & each time I've ordered through the app, the smoothie has been ready when I arrived. When they aren't super busy, employees will often greet you when you come in for a pickup. I can't review the food as I need to be Gluten-free and virtually all other items here aren't Gluten-free, except maybe one side and one bowl.
