Not only did they not give me the chips I had ordered with the food and did not say anything about it when I picked up the order as I had asked them, this is not the one I ordered and they said “oh we only have this one” well aren’t you suppose to say something and not just pick whatever you want? Second was the smoothie I ordered when I got home I seen it was the wrong one made! When I called them to tell them, it was all wrong and I needed a refund as they messed up! Yummy smoothies!
Definitely not ordering from tropical smoothie again. If they do mess up on orders you can’t reach anybody and no one answer’s the store phone ever. They don’t answer calls from DoorDash customer service either. Ordered a few items with plant-based chicken and instead of refunding me or not putting chicken in there at all they added chicken and said “sorry” on a note.
Music as loud as a disco and annoying. Employees rude, no smile , no thank you, and alot of not welcoming looks
The Spanish short boy disrespected me for no reason just cause I asked a question about my order. No customer service seems like he doesn't want to help customer why is he there????
