Staff was very rude I came at 8pm with some friends she said I hope yall not ordering food because I’m not making any and no açaí bowls only smoothies mind you she’s just there on her phone she has glasses an dreads very rude if I can give this place 0 stars I would we just walked out HORRIBLE
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. When we arrived, one employee was sitting on her phone and told us not to order because she wasn’t making any food. She flat-out refused to serve us and acted like we were an inconvenience just for walking in. To make it worse, when our friend asked to use the bathroom, she simply said it was “closed” with no explanation. I visit this TSC location a few times a week and I really think this place does a great job. The employees are all very kind, the smoothies taste great, and the restaurant is clean. I really appreciate that when I order something for pickup in the app, it’s ready and waiting for me as soon as I get there. I can’t say I’ve had the same experience at other locations consistently. Shoutout to Angel for being an awesome dude, too. Knows his regulars and makes a point to welcome you in like old friends.
I ordered my food for delivery through the tropical smoothie app- and got what I didn’t order - was told to contact the owner — called the owner no answer - texted the owner and got thumbs up—- I want my money back because this is unprofessional- I ordered through the app- not only am I allergic to chocolate chip cookies that they sent instead of chips but they didn’t have the decency to call or even cancel the order because they didn’t have the itemS I ordered! This place is terrible. I ordered a smoothie. They gave me a frozen ice block with a bunch of fruits on top of it. I asked the young ladies for a refund. They went in the back saying they had to call the manager and those staffs. Don’t even look happy, no smiles. It’s all good.
