The manager Jesus is the worst. He was rude and barely spoke English. I looked him up later online and found out he posts thirst traps, usually shirtless. Really good look for the company. NOT!! I sincerely hope this man gets fired. Also the smoothie was not blended and tasted bland. Never coming back to this location.
Staff was unfriendly uncaring told me there was no protein powder at all and said they would make the smoothies that normally have protein powder with out it but price would be the same. I love tropical smoothies menu but the service really angered me

This location is the WORST omg. I always have a terrible experience, stop going for at least a year, then give it another try only to have the same bad experience. I’m just done! Tonight I placed an order, 1/4 items were correct and I was missing something else. I was at least happy my sausage, egg & cheese quesadilla arrived only to open it & find that there was only a small amount of cheese and sausage in it. Completely ridiculous, these people are just useless and lazy.
The last few orders from this location have been terrible! I just ordered a three cheese quesadilla through uber eats and it had NO CHEESE IN IT!!! It also came with no salsa cup! Plus, your incompetent employees left the prep sticker on my acai bowl with the expiration date on it!! Seriously??? DO BETTER
