As usual, the smoothie was wonderful, but I had my service dog and he needed a little water and they were going to charge me $1.50, which, if I hadn't bought anything, fine. If it was coming in a bottle, fine. But for tap water that I didn't even need a cup for?! This is the only location that is this stingy with water in the desert. I will NOT be returning to this one.
The Tropical Smoothie on Stephanie & Sunset in Henderson, NV always has poor service. They close at 2am. I went in at 1:41am and they told me they were closed and were not serving food or smoothies, although there were two people eating there. If there is a time they stop serving, that should be prominently displayed somewhere. It was a waste of my time.
1/20/2026 This location demonstrates some of the poorest customer service I have encountered, and corporate leadership should be aware of the ongoing issues here—particularly with management. I have avoided this location for years due to consistently poor service. Today, I contacted the store because a coworker believed she had lost her wallet there.
