Update: 10/9/25 I never heard back from well... Anyone. I ended up doing a chargeback with my credit card and immediately got my money back. I don't plan on ever going back. I ordered online from the app. I show up to pick up my order... And the store is closed. Doesn't even look like they even opened at all that day. Their screens are full of orders. I ordered here through the app for delivery because they said it was available only to get the order cancelled and confirmed twice. When the driver went to the restaurant they said it was closed. I tried calling several times to get sent straight to voicemail and was out $15. I normally live tropical smoothie but this was disappointing considering they still say open even though the restaurant is closed 🙃 not sure if they plan to reopen but I don’t recommend ordering from here through the app because it’ll just get cancelle... read more

Went here at 1pm on a Saturday and said they were open but it was closed. Would give zero stars if I could. Makes this business look terrible.
Been to this location twice in 2 weeks during operating hours and CLOSED! I figures 1st time maybe too close to closing. Stopped tonight approximately 745pm and guess what CLOSED! Is this location out of business or open whenever it wants?
