Ordered take out and was thoroughly disappointed when my smoothie was flavorless and full of ice chunks. So many unblended ice chunks that I couldn't even drink the smoothie through the straw without them clogging the straw with each attempt at a sip. Normally you guys produce good smoothies, but there was nothing SMOOTH about this only. Won't be back for a while. I'm sad.
I have pretty high standards when it comes to customer service, so this experience was disappointing. I was picking up an Uber Eats order, and there were two employees behind the counter. I stood there after making eye contact with both of them multiple times, but neither acknowledged me and they continued working as if I wasn’t there. A simple “Hi, welcome in, I’ll be with you shortly” would have gone a long way. Basic acknowledgment makes a big difference and helps avoid negative experiences like this.
I had a really disappointing experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The service was rude and unprofessional, and I didn’t feel welcomed at all. My order also took longer than expected, and when I asked a question, the response I got was dismissive. The skinny blonde girl working there was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me for no reason.
