Visited Tropical around 220-230pm on 8/29..service was great. I went into the restaurant to order and redeem some rewards points, i got to the counter and my app was acting odd but the cashier (I think she was a manager, pinkish shirt) was able to resolve my issue. She was very kind and it helped me more than she knows. The food was great. The kitchen staff was also friendly. The food was great, very well made and not skimpy on ingredients. Will definitely visit again very soon.
Yall don’t notify customers of there rewards AND CATCH ATTITUDES also dont take pride in the food seems like all they want is you money and get you out the window and nothing going to change just a response on this app apologizing they messed your day up these reviews go months back it’s about time river city get all the north side customers! DUNNS IS THE WORST
