Ordered through app ... food is over an hour delayed .. spoke to gm at tropical smoothie and he had no clue . He said I just started working.. he gave me all bogus phone numbers to corporate. I don't see him lasting long .. unless incompetent is a factor .. will contact my credit union and turn in a fraud transaction.. I didn't want money back .. I would have settled for my order to be redone. Smh
