Service wasn't great, food wasn't either
I was a regular here for about a year, coming in about once a week. I would always order one of the wraps substituted with the plant based chicken. For about the past two months that I’ve come in they have been out of the plant based chicken. They did offer the hummus wrap instead but I am not a fan of it so I would just go to Panera next door. Besides the great healthy options, the employees are all outstanding. I wish I would have asked her name, however the manager really went above and beyond. As usual, I had a door dash issue where the status was marked as delivered, yet I never received my food. I called the store and they still had my food. She requested a redelivery which was denied by DoorDash so she actually delivered my food! There is still hope for humanity!
