The workers here are GenZ yet they are engaging and you don't get that empty stare. The detox island green which was delicious and the peanut butter protein crunch Bowl it was so good I couldn't finish it all. It was very dense and filling with bananas, granola dark chocolate bits.
App was being WEIRD with mobile orders and not actually confirming my order, came in a RUSHED mode on my way to class, and Sydney and Camron fixed me right up. They were QUICK!!!! Love this place. I hope the app can get fixed soon💙
Ordered online, they forgot my granola, chia seeds and honey. Went back to get it remade and they forgot to remove the coconut this time- I’m severely allergic. I’ve wasted my time and my gas. Not sympathetic at all, said my refund will take a while and there’s no ETA. Never coming here again. So annoyed.
Glad Tropical Smoothie participates in the T-mobile rewards program. This location always offers quick, friendly service which is much appreciated and I really enjoyed my Peanut Butter Cup, even more than my Fav Mocha Madness.
