I visited your Cedar Park location on Sunday, November 9th, and had an unpleasant experience that I believe deserves management’s attention. When I walked in, a young man came to the register but did not greet me or ask for my order. After several seconds of silence, I asked if he was ready to take my order. He responded that he had already asked me what I wanted — which was simply untrue. Good afternoon, I have always been a customer of this place and I really like your products, but the employees need a manager who is attentive to the customers; this important aspect of customer service is being neglected.
Have had nothing but good consistent experiences here. Delicious smoothies!
The workers didn’t greet me and made me feel unwelcomed. The food was disappointing. I’m a huge fan of tropical smoothie but this location and the service was a huge disappointment.
