I used to visit this location several times each week. The last 2 times my smoothies were not good. Too much ice and I had to let it sit for 30 minutes before I could drink it. Strawberries were tart in the second smoothie. Since my last visit I've been making my own. North Myrtle Beach makes smoothies so you can enjoy immediately.
I had a frustrating experience trying to pick up a mobile order at this location Despite having a leg injury that makes walking difficult, I was initially denied drive-thru pickup for my pre-paid order due to company policy. The store was not busy, and an exception was not made after I explained my situation. The main problem is that I now need a refund, but the staff couldn't tell me how to get one. I love this place!!! I've ordered six times recently using the app and once in-store. The order is always ready when the app says it will be. I'm a big fan of the Detox Island Green smoothie and appreciate that it tastes exactly the same and is as delicious each time. I also had the hummus veggie wrap and the kale apple slaw, which did not disappoint. The place is clean and well run!! The workers are always busy and doing their best!! The 2 ladies working on Sunday 8/3 very rude, very slow. We came here few days ago and young man at register very nice and food prep fast. Today was not.
