I ordered my food thru the drive thru. As soon as I got to the window, the server took my card and the first thing she asked is: “Do I want to leave a tip?”. First of all, a Tip is for service provided. It is not for making a drink. The hourly rate pays for someone to make my drink. There is No service involved when going thru a drive thru. This Tropical Smoothie Cafe is true to their customers and make every Smoothie carefully as their own. Its pretty bad when I have to go on vacation to get a good Smoothie that does not cut corners unlike my local ones.
If i could give them a zero i would. i had to drive back and forth after i had already got my food because they messed up my order. once i returned the açaí bowl they gave me was water, with fruit on top. would not recommend this location
Terrible experience and terrible customer service. Trust me, don’t waste your time or money. Don’t go here
