Well this location went down too pay people a half decent wage so you can hire more than one person during the busy hours for 2 people in store is $38 and for online it was $65 with that crazy up charge I know for a fact that you can pay people more so you can actually hire someone there was at least ten people in like meaning in just 10 minutes this location pulls about $500 greedy corporate owners are ruining the customers experience
This particular location can't seem to get a order right, whether it's adding something in or just making the smoothie correctly. Usually watered down or not adding the add in. You went to a smoothie shop for a job at making smoothies. Make the smoothie, take your time, that way it's worth the wait. And they always come back and then start tipping even. I've only gone through the drive-thru twice now. But so grateful for this location. I have one closer with subpar service, so prefer to drive the extra mile here for great service. The staff here is so sweet. The smoothies themselves are not AS sweet as we are used to/prefer, but I'm sure that could be for many factors. They are absolutely good though, and I will continue coming back! The lines so far haven't been outrageous. I ordered my smoothies and chicken pesto wrap tonight and the chicken pesto wrap had a fake eyelash inside of it. I have tried to call the store back to back over and over and they are not answering any of them. Terrible service to have to deal with this.
Serves old food and has unfriendly workers. This restaurant closes whenever they feel like it without explanation.
