I love tropical smoothie in general, but this particular location let me down. I ordered delivery through the app and it was delivered by DoorDash. However, it took almost an hour for my food to be delivered and I’m only a few blocks from the store. When my food arrived my wrap (that is supposed to be hot) was cold and there was no straw in my bag for my smoothie. Over $20 for a smoothie, a small wrap, and some chips (not including delivery). I’ll stick the one one on Two Notch in NE Cola, this location didn’t do it for me.
Food is very delicious! The only thing is the prices are kinda high, i hope they fix the prices little bit!
Great Customer service I brought my friend here to try a smoothie. He never been before. Manager Angela great with the customer she was friendly walking around talking to people made us feel welcomed
