Stood at the register for almost 10 minutes. At one point I considered saying Marco just to see if anybody would answer Polo.
I dont even know where to start, tropical smoothie used to be my go to spot everytime i was craving something. The food and smoothies are amazing, this particular location however has struggled to reach the excellence that tropical smoothie is. Their smoothies are watery, service is bad, and they dont even greet you. Honestly I still go because I love the smoothies but this is unbelievable. Hire some new people asap.
Amazing smoothies. Great food.
The customer service here was amazing.
