This was my first visit to Tropical Smoothie, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. I initially went through the drive-thru but decided to go inside since I had never had a smoothie before. As I parked, I noticed two male employees taking out the trash. Edit: ive been coming here for months. Going to get smoothies about 3 times a week. They have been doing good for months. But the past month, they have completely fallen off. Whoever is making the smoothies lately is straight trash. And need to be fired. This is my fourth time getting a watered down smoothie and I taste no chocolate or peanut butter in my chocolate butter protein smoothie. Its mostly taste like banana, water, and dirt. Good place solid service
My food was good. Smoothie not that great. Plus their prices are higher than other locations. Went in on 2/10/26 to get my T mobile deal. No one spoke or said anything me and another customer!! We stood there for 5 mins before anyone said anything. I agree with others they are rude! If another location was closer I would've left!! Zero customer service skills! I definitely won't be back!!
