Been coming here for years. Once they acknowledge you, it's cool. But they will leave you standing there with no acknowledgement. I stood there for 10 minutes and no one said hello or thank you for your patience. It takes 0 effort to speak to and thank your customers for coming in AND WAITING. They only had 1 customer. I left a thru continued to walk past me and not acknowledge to that I was there to place an order.
I regret spending money on product. Now I must proceed to file a complaint and review. While eating an açaí fruit bowl I purchased from Store #795, Goodman Rd East located in Southaven, MS on April 20, 2025. I bit down on a sharp, purple plastic object embedded in the food. I immediately spit it out and discovered it was a thick piece of purple plastic from the store's plastic açaí container that they use to prep their açaí bowls with. Just went through the drive thru and had a very disappointing experience. 10/1/25 @ 11:25ish, I pull into the drive thru, with 2 cars ahead of me waiting to order. Didn't order until 11:35, and ordered a super green Ceasar chicken wrap along with a detox island green smoothie. Somehow, you all were able to give me the smoothie I ordered, yet you gave me someones online order named Valorie. Completely different wrap. Why would you deep clean the floor during business hours where people can slip and fall in cleaning products and copious amounts of water? The whole floor is saturated from wall to wall. This is more than just mopping. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. What if someone with mobility issues comes through the door?
