Doors locked/drive thru only at 1pm on a Saturday? Line wrapped around the building. Lot of audacity automatically suggesting a 15% tip on every mobile app order. Would have gladly went somewhere else if I hadn’t already submitted and paid for my order. Probably won’t be back.
