We love tropical smoothie and used to come often but the employees here are just terrible and only get worse with time. It’s usually the same two people when we come. They make a mistake every time we place an order and the male person wants to argue about how the fault is ours instead of just correcting it. i thought the açaí bowl was freshly made but it’s actually pre-blended and frozen as hell 👎🏻. i can’t dig my spoon into it. i got 30 minutes for lunch and i gotta wait for it to defrost.
This is my favourite place ever 🥹🫠 I found this chain in florida and have been hooked for 7 years. This location is PERFECT. Right by our home, super considerate employees, tasty menu items that never disappoint!! They even gave my dog a peanut butter cookie :> probably will be a regular until we move out of the area
I placed my online order and walked in early, yall it was still ready, great customer service🤗 very fast and quick, i will be regular from now. GOOD JOB NEW MANAGEMENT.
