this place sucks the service is bad and took over 40 minutes waiting in the drive thru line for 1 smoothie
They removed the option for the allergy blender without any reason. How is someone who has a specific or many allergies supposed to enjoy a smoothie without the thought of possible deadly allergic reaction.
Very disappointed with my experience at Tropical Smoothie. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed to be moving with no sense of urgency despite customers waiting. The restaurant was also noticeably dirty, and customers could clearly see the lack of cleanliness throughout the store. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time for my order, I requested a refund. Management needs to address both the customer service and cleanliness issues. I will not be returning unless significant improvements are made.
the wait time is crazy i’ve been late to work so many times because of this tropical smoothie
I ordered the colada which is a limited edition through the app. I went through the drive thru ( which is one of the few locations that has this convenience) the wait time is over ten minutes, so that is not convenient. I paid for and indicated to add peanut butter, extra banana and yogurt. First, she hands me someone else's mocha whatever and then I had to wait another five minutes for My order, JUST to get none of the additives I asked and paid for!
