closing crew turned off drive thru and open sign at 8pm they close at 9 I put a mobile order thru and was waiting at window for about ten minutes making eye contact with all of the workers and they were all walking past ignoring and nobody came to window I then have to go inside and they didn’t even have my order ready that I put in 15 minutes prior … they had terrible attitude
This place is lagging.. owner needs to review employees bc the wait is crazy when no ones there and the smoothies have been coming out so unbalanced.
They really need some help , I truly don’t blame the workers but management. They look like they are over worked and tired of being there. My wife got a three cheese chicken Quesadilla and it came out to be just cheese in a wrap , no chicken , no sauce or sour cream. Now let’s look at my chicken pesto sandwich it should just be a a pesto and cheese. I mean really 2 pieces of chicken? Ridiculous.
