STAY AWAY. Place looks fresh and clean on the outside but inside is a hot mess. A bunch of teens running the place, NEVER a manager around, food is gross, you can’t get a refund. I hate that this is the closest location to me. Three strikes you’re out. First was a piece of plastic in my smoothie, had to fight the staff for a refund, second my chicken was undercooked, not edible, never heard back from the manager, thirdly, ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and it was totally inedible. I must say every Tropical Smoothie that I have went to They all make the smoothies different. My experience is they either to order it or they’re not thick enough or they have no flavor and you can’t even taste the fruit. The only Tropical Smoothie that I feel makes the best smoothies is Merrick, Hewlett and Garden City. When you ask him to make it the way you want it to be made they will but Lindenhurst they don’t listen.
