Staff was super nice and despite being decently busy I got my smoothie quickly. Lobby was clean and I like the big windows that they have that make it feel very spacious.
I was super tired and famished when I entered the cafe after working for more than three hours in 90+ degree heat without food or drink (my fault), and I just wanted to express my thanks to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe workers for their generosity towards me because they offered to remake my smoothie for free at the slightest request and they even gave me a free cup of ice-cold water which really helped me out when I left to go work again in the heat.
The workers didn’t acknowledge my existence and then tried to insinuate I was lying about my birthday coupon because my app crashed. RUDE STAFF, WORSE LOCATION IN THE AREA.
Great service and a superb product!!!
